  1. Regularity is the key. Go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday.
  2. Keep your bedroom dark and turn it into your sleep sanctuary.
  3. Avoid caffeine after 2PM and don’t go to bed tipsy.
  4. Keep it cool to help induce sleep.
  5. Unwind, pray and meditate. Rest and relax to sleep well.
  6. Progression not perfection. Slowly but surely.

Remember a healthy body sleeps well. If you aren’t sleeping well, something is wrong and we need to find out the root cause of the problems.
