- Regularity is the key. Go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday.
- Keep your bedroom dark and turn it into your sleep sanctuary.
- Avoid caffeine after 2PM and don’t go to bed tipsy.
- Keep it cool to help induce sleep.
- Unwind, pray and meditate. Rest and relax to sleep well.
- Progression not perfection. Slowly but surely.
Remember a healthy body sleeps well. If you aren’t sleeping well, something is wrong and we need to find out the root cause of the problems.
