We can't start this review without first thanking you, Zoe, for literally breathing life back into us after months of poor sleep (for both baby and parents) and little to no time for ourselves! 3.5 months into life with our firstborn, we knew we couldn't continue with the way things were - rocking our son to sleep (with him getting heavier and heavier), gingerly putting him down in the cot only to have him take super short naps each time, 5+ wakings each night.. not sure how we did what we did but we were definitely not doing well. We found Zoe and started our sleep program with her feeling eager but anxious.

However, from our first point of contact with Zoe all the way through to the end of our sleep program, Zoe was nothing short of assuring! Yes, it was a little tough at the beginning with the adjustments we had to make but it all quickly paid off with our little one sleeping through the night from night 1 and connecting nap cycles a few weeks later.

Now we get time to ourselves between naps and quality sleep each night! Didn't think we'd be able to say this but we ended up enjoying ourselves through the few weeks of sleep training - we saw our son smile and play so much more, and that in turn made all the effort worthwhile.

I am really grateful for Sara’s help during our sleep training journey. We were initially unsure about sleep training our son as we had misconceptions about the methods of sleep training but Sara was very patient to walk us through the gentle options that we could go for while at the same time encouraging restorative independent sleep for our baby.

Sara is calm, helpful and generous with her knowledge and guidance when it came to finding ways to help our baby sleep better especially for naps. As each baby is different, I found that Sara was patient to listen to our pain points, address them, and provide solutions that tailored to our baby’s personality and temperament and our schedule and needs, which we really appreciated!

She also shared with me some of her own anecdotes from raising her own 4 kids that encouraged me along this journey. Sleep training can sometimes be a lonely journey especially if you are solo parenting and the primary caregiver for your baby during the day, but Sara made sure that I was not alone in this! I’m not the same mama as I was 6 months ago.

I was a mombie🧟‍♀️ because my baby wasn't sleeping well. I couldn't get her to fall asleep & stay asleep. The only time she wasn't crying is when I'm nursing her or holding her in my arm. I can't even put her down.😫

It was a different level of exhaustion that I never knew existed. Sleep deprivation was so real. I tried my best to take a day at a time.😵‍💫

The tipping point was when I was having multiple nose bleed episodes throughout the day due to insufficient rest. But I was more concerned of Meredith’s well being. She was also grumpy, cranky and scream-crying inconsolably most of the time.😐 I know.. All new parents are tired, I'm supposed to 'get used to it' since this is my 2nd child. I’m thankful for Alicia! If not because of her sincerity to help me overcome my baby’s sleeping issues, I might not have the chance to embark on the journey of sleep training my baby, which I am thankful to have taken the step of doing so. She was very patient in answering all my questions and supported me a lot especially during the first few days when it was tough, as my baby took sometime to adjust to the new routine. Her encouragement and assurance helped me to persevere.

Prior to sleep training, we had to spend multiple hours a day trying to make baby fall asleep and stay asleep. However as she grew older, it became harder to do so and our efforts seemed to stimulate baby instead, hence making it even more difficult to make her sleep. Now that my baby is learning to sleep on her own, I feel that I can use my time more productively and focus on spending greater quality time with baby when she is awake. It’s been a lovely experience with Tze Teng to sleep train my kids. I first approached her to find out more about sleep training as I have 2 boys who are under 3, one’s 2.5 year old and the other 1 year old. They were waking through the night and also, sleeping around 9-10pm everyday.

Each time they wake up, they would be looking for mummy and that meant that I had very bad and broken sleep myself. Ultimately came to a conclusion that I needed to do something for them and for myself because the whole family wasn’t having quality sleep, which is a prerequisite for a healthy life and good development for the kids. 🥲

Tze Teng started off by understanding what I was facing, understood my kids current sleep cycles, offered her advice and shared the steps to take. The steps were honestly, straightforward and easy to implement but what could potentially deter anyone would be the resistance that the kids may have towards new routines.

But I was relieved that Tze Teng was there in every step of the way, offering her advice, encouragement as I rolled out the steps to guide my kids to a new sleeping routine.

My elder boy used to require me to stay in the room with him as he drifted off to sleep. That meant that I had to sit about 1+ hour every night in the dark basically waiting for him to sleep. But with Tze Teng’s guidance, I slowly shifted myself towards the door and within a week, I left the room and let him sleep independently. In between he did walk out of his room to look for me in the middle of the night and the situation was also dealt with swiftly and we eased him into learning how to stay on his bed and fall back asleep on his own. It was liberating for me and I was also proud of my boy for learning how to sleep on his own. The implementation method was also gradual and at a pace comfortable enough for me so it was all great!

Now I have both boys sleeping independently between 7.30-8pm and they sleep till 7am every morning. Not only do they get better and longer rest, I too get my own me-time and time to do my chores after they turn in each night.

Truly thankful for Sara! My baby was having lots of night wakes and early wakings which was not good for her and also very tiring for us. We kept waiting for it to get better but it had stretched to a few months at this point.

Sleep training Oli at 5 months was the best decision we have made. At 3 months, Oli struggled to sleep almost every night, he will be awake for every 2-3 hours scream crying, protesting, arching his back n finding hard time to fall back to sleep, even with the rocking, patting, playing white noise or even resolving to electric cradle doesn’t help him to sleep better. He will wake and protest to sleep. His distress breaks my heart. His bedtime became my biggest fear. We have done all that we can but just couldn’t find a solution to make Oli sleep well, and through the night. Later we then discovered that he’s an overtired baby, we have been keeping his wake time for too long during the day/night hence he protest to sleep. We then decided to engaged Zoe, Oli’s sleep coach. With her support and guidance, Oliver is able to sleep better and for long hours, almost 11 hours everynight! what’s most amazing is, Oliver is able to self soothe and connect back to sleep. His naps are getting consistent which promote restful nights. All these are made possible with Zoe’s 5 steps sleep program It’s an overwhelming journey but I m most thankful to my family and the community of mothers/fathers who consistently check in and giving us the support and strength to persevere. Our baby was waking up every night at 12am to 2am for a feed and on bad days, he would wake up every 45mins to an hour after 3am. He needed a pacifier to sleep. We carried him during naps, and could not put him down in cot, even after he is in deep sleep, as he would wake up once we put him down. Although his naps can last to 2hours or more, he will wake up still looking tired and sleepy. Furthermore, he wasn't drinking well. This lead us to look for a sleep consultant to sleep train our baby.

We were assigned to Alicia who agreed to help us immediately after our non-obligatory phone consult. We started ST the following night, it has been tough to go through the process (with your baby crying and screaming) but Alicia was there to reassure us. Our baby managed to STTN from the 2nd night onwards and had begin to drink milk much better.

Throughout this 1 month, Alicia was there whenever we have a question, great knowledge on sleeping was passed on to us. Fast forward 1 month later, our baby is still sleeping well at night, though we are still hopeful that naps will get better.

My 1-year old toddler used to wake up multiple times each night and on bad nights (eg. when unwell), it can be a lot more frequent. He will wake up crying and thus, my older boy and both my husband and myself sleep are disturbed. Needless to say, it was draining and exhausting.

I contacted Zoe and Alicia followed up with me. I was initially quite hesitant to join the programme as I wasn’t sure if it's effective but I knew I needed help. Very glad that I decided to do it in the end!

My boy now sleeps through the night and is able to nap independently! Things were tough for the first 2 weeks but Alicia was always there to reassure me. I had been contemplating on putting my daughter on a sleep training programme, having seen positive feedbacks on social platforms. However, at the back of my mind, I had some doubts on the effectiveness of these sleep programs and if it even will work for her. Half a year later , me and my husband continue to STRUGGLE to put baby to bed, having to constantly carry her around before she sleeps. My little boy used to struggle to nap and we had to use the yaolan during the day. He also woke at least 3 times every night for milk or when his pacifier fall off, which meant I had to keep waking at night to give him his pacifier. This was really draining given that I work full-time and is busy at work.

I contacted Zoe and was linked up with Alicia. Within a few weeks, my baby is able to sleep through the night for 11 to 12 hrs on most days and started having more solid naps. He no longer require the pacifier and I’m very happy that both of us are having better sleep!

We first engaged with Tze Teng when our baby was 17 weeks old. Our boy needed the pacifier to fall asleep and kept needing the pacifier whenever he woke up, in order to fall back to sleep. This was exhausting for us.After learning the right and proper way of weaning our son off the pacifier, he has been sleeping much better.

After just a few days of having better quality sleep without the need of pacifier, our baby’s eczema on face and arm started to get better. His appetite also increased and he had better feeds, and we noticed he yawned a lot less throughout the day. We as parents also got to sleep better at night and our overall mood, happiness and playtime with our son in between naps, was all improved.

It was one of my brilliant decision to have engaged sleep supernanny to assist in getting a good sleep for my 9 months old as she have difficulty in sleeping (to fall asleep n to sleep sufficient amount of time) since 2 months old.. so, out of desperation and with worries that she is not having enough rest, I contacted Zoe and very nice of her to reach a helping hand instantaneously and on the same day, Tze Teng contacted me to find out more on how to help and answer my concerns on sleep coaching.

Throughout the whole program, Tze Teng really is guiding me a lot on what to do with the ongoing situations (cues, not sleeping, crying, calling out, playing in cot etc) and keeps on assuring me as the first few days was indeed tough for a mother but, with her assurance, I felt at ease.

To my surprise, what she said about my daughter was right! Like she just know if she is overtired by watching the videos I sent her. Her support are almost instant especially the first week as she will have to take care of my uncertainties as well if I’m doing fine, or am I doing it right after follow through what she have taught me to. And for the following weeks, although I’ve getting the hang of it (mentally & physically) and my daughter is also adapting well to the new sleeping habit, Tze Teng has never failed to check on us daily.

I have never for once regret my decision to engage them, as they really helped my daughter to learn self settling and sleep well especially at night within just the first 2 nights! (I felt like “why didnt I do this earlier?!” then at least she can sleep better earlier). There onwards, she is always calm when I put her down in her cot to sleep.

Now, my daughter can sleep so well not just for night but for her afternoon naps too and MOST importantly with no cries or fuss! With the results I see and experienced myself, I strongly and have been recommending mummies who needed help to get help from them.. babies with night wakings every other hours or with just 30mins catnaps are not what ur babies are capable of doing.. they are much more capable than just that!

Strong believer for sleep training. But each kid is different.

We successfully sleep trained our first born based on the material that we have read. However, we are facing some problems with our second child.

We have a very persistent baby. We have tried to apply to all methods that we had applied to our first born before but was not successful on my second baby.

Can you imagine waking up every hour to latch and not to mention about inconsistent nap time. Sleep deprived is a serious problem. Because my baby will only want mama. For the past 10 months, I slept less than 3 hours a day on average. I know I need to do something about this and thankfully I did the move and engage Alicia to assist with my baby sleep training journey.

We troubleshoot the problems and for the first night of my baby sleep training journey, he managed to sleep through for the first time. He would still wake up a few times, but most importantly he is able to fall asleep on his own. That night, the whole family manage to sleep through the night too! The feeling is amazing.

My husband, my first born and my baby including myself we all woke up fresh and happy. That is the beauty of quality sleep. And that give me the reassurance that engaging Alicia is the best decision ever.

Alicia is very responsive and always so calm in giving guidance. Am grateful that she always checking on us and always give me insights on how I can handle the situation. She always so caring and supportive and making the whole process so pleasant and not stressful at all. I can even make a joke that the whole process is just like a "staycation" for my baby.

Sleep is one of the basic needs and as a first time mother, I knew I had to help my son with sleeping after he started catnapping for only 5 minutes during nap times. Since he was born, my son enjoyed being carried to sleep but up to a certain age, it was hard for me and my helper to continue carrying him to sleep because he would get stimulated by our presence instead of drifting to sleep. In the end, my son only averaged 30-45 minutes a day for naps, though thankfully his night sleep was ok. I knew I had to do something as he wasn’t getting adequate sleep. I engaged Tze Teng and it has been an amazing transformational sleep journey since. It was challenging at first with my son continuing to sleep only 5 minutes during the first few naps, even protesting when he was put down by doing downward dogs in the cot 20-30 times.

However, Tze Teng was really patient and encouraged me to persevere on. Soon enough, he started sleeping 30 minutes per nap - this was already amazing for a baby who used to only do 5-10 minute naps. And then, he started clocking 45 mins and slowly 1 hour and now, 1 hour plus. Nowadays, my son does not fuss much when he is put to bed nor does he wake up crying. But of course consistency is the key when it comes to sleep and I intend to keep this routine as much as I can, for as long as I can.

Thank you Tze Teng. You have been a great advisor, counsellor, blessed sister-in-Christ and such an amazing cheerleader with a good heart. Really grateful for you and all that you’ve done.

We would like to extend our gratitude to Tze Teng, for journeying with us and baby Oliver through the training period. At 9 weeks, we noticed Oliver took erratic naps during the day and was also heavily reliant on the pacifier which was introduced to him by our nanny during the confinement period. We had read up quite a lot on sleep training, but we did not know how to use all the information. Although we tried getting him to nap using information on wake times that we had acquired on the Web, he fought naps, and even with the pacifier, he could only take catnaps and would wake up once the pacifier dislodged. We were at our wits' end on how to help him. We are so glad we engaged the help of Tze Teng, who so kindly and patiently guided us through. Through Tze Teng we finally understood sleep is not always perfect, but there are principles to ensure sleep is as good as it can be.

We realised that at 9 weeks, Oliver was not developmentally ready to take long naps yet and that was completely normal (we were pulling our hair out wondering why he kept catnapping!), but we also trained him to practise self-settling where possible. As he turned 3 months old, because he already had the skill to self settle, we could slowly wean off the pacifier.

Now, Oliver knows when it is naptime and bedtime and would go down with minimal protest. He is able to self settle most of the time and fall asleep on his own! He can also take longer naps and can even sleep through the night now! So that after his bedtime, I even have time to do what I want and have some time to resume the hobbies I enjoyed before Most importantly, as he experienced growth spurts along the way, he sometimes had early wakes in the night, but he is able to fall back asleep without crying and without our help! That is the most amazing part.

We are so grateful to Tze Teng for arming us with the necessary knowledge and teaching us to help Oliver sleep better. He is now a happy and active baby who knows when it is playtime and when it is bedtime! It was not an easy journey, but Tze Teng went through the good and bad with us, and was so encouraging along the way (which was so helpful to my hormonal post-partum self. Thank you Tze Teng!

Zoe is truly the sleep guru. We first engaged her help for our 6 month old daughter, who was waking 5 to 6 times every night from 4 to 6 months old, back in 2019. Everyone was saying her frequent waking was due to her teething. She was also napping a grand total of 30 minutes daily though she was still so young! A google search and I found out about Zoe. At first, we were skeptical about the effectiveness of sleep training and given that it was a huge sum of money, we were hesitant about it. However, I was desperate as I was falling sick every month due to the lack of sleep. The lack of rest also made me cranky and short tempered. Hence, we decided to try. It was truly the best decision we every made and money really well spent. My daughter was sleeping through the night by the 2nd night and had at least 1 full nap two weeks later. As time went along, she was eating and learning very well due to having quality sleep.

With this, we understood the importance of good sleep habits in our kids and decided to get Zoe to guide us again for our newborn. Within 3 days, our son was able to self settle and sleep on his own. I no longer have to worry about the possibility of him treating me as a human pacifier and having poor sleep habits.

Before our session with you, we only clocked 3-4 hours of sleep daily and suffered for the entire 15 months because every day feels like dealing with a newborn and it affected our re and woke often (every 1-1.5hr) to comfort latch / rock or dream feed. His day nap can only be held in our arms and the infant care carers feedback that he sleeps poorly in school too. We were suffering, Isaac was suffering and we waited till his medical condition (G solution immediately and went for a 1-1 zoom package and we had no regret (other than not starting way earlier). It was a rough start but success came from the 3rd night and it is a routine that Isaac knows and we are happy to share that even though his initial res switched to him singing himself to bed shortly after! We look forward to listening (from outside) to what he is singing / talking before he drifts off to sleep.

Today, we are proud parents and firm believers of sleep training as Isaac clocked an average of 11 hours of undisturbed sleep and his childcare teachers commented that he naps well in school too! He no longer needs to sleep in our arms for an afternoon nap and Today, our family of 3 are well rested and happy! We first engaged her help for our 6 month old daughter, who was waking 5 to 6 times every night from 4 to 6 months old, back in 2019. Everyone was saying her frequent waking was due to her teething. She was also napping a grand total of 30 minutes daily though she was still so young! A google search and I found out about Zoe.

At first, we were skeptical about the effectiveness of sleep training and given that it was a huge sum of money, we were hesitant about it. However, I was desperate as I was falling sick every month due to the lack of sleep. The lack of rest also made me cranky and short tempered. Hence, we decided to try.

It was truly the best decision we every made and money really well spent. My daughter was sleeping through the night by the 2nd night and had at least 1 full nap two weeks later. As time went along, she was eating and learning very well due to having quality sleep.

With this, we understood the importance of good sleep habits in our kids and decided to get Zoe to guide us again for our newborn. Within 3 days, our son was able to self settle and sleep on his own. I no longer have to worry about the possibility of him treating me as a human pacifier and having poor sleep habits.

“My hubby and I was initially skeptical about engaging a baby sleep expert but our 5 months old baby has been waking up every 1-2 hours every night needing to be patted back to sleep and nap time was even worse. He would be catnapping 20-30 mins each nap.

Both of us were so sleep deprived and so was our baby. We decided to get Zoe’s help and this was by far the most constructive decision ever. We really should have engaged her help way earlier. It was tough at the beginning but when our baby learnt to sleep on his own by the 2nd night, we were so happy and proud of him.
