5 Sleep System To Better Night Sleep
Step 1 – Understanding the science of sleep
Once you understand the science of sleep, you will be able to explain, predict and control your child’s sleep situation.
Step 2 – Prepare the ideal sleep environment for your child
This is so that your little one will be able to recognize where they will get a good night’s rest.
Step 3 – Establish a routine or schedule
Put your child to bed at an age-appropriate time every night before they get too overtired or too over-stimulated.
